Welcome
to our small, friendly, family-owned little
piece of heaven where you are only a stranger
once. Pickerel Lake Cottage Resort is located
on 23 acres and almost 1000 feet of shoreline
on beautiful Pickerel Lake, Burks Falls, North
Muskoka.
For the fisherman, or
woman, this deep, spring-fed lake, with weed
beds and varied shoreline, provides an excellent
habitat for small mouth bass, pike, perch and,
of course, pickerel.
For the day tripper, Burks
Falls and the surrounding area has many unique
Art, Craft and Antique Shops for your shopping
pleasure. Fine dining and four golf courses
are located within a short driving distance.
We are within 11 kilometers
of the Town of Burks Falls which has a hospital,
summer movie theatre, bowling alley and churches
of all denominations. Algonquin Park is a just
a short driving distance away. |
