- Deposits on Reservations: A 50% deposit is required on bookings of 4 days or less. A $300.00 deposit is required on 5 days or more.
- 2 night minimum stay required May to October, 3 nights for long weekend, 7 night minimum stay required in summer.
- $300.00 deposit required to accompany all reservations.
- Damage deposit may be required.
- Cancellation refund subject to 30 days written notice, 90 days for periods booked during July and August, with a $100.00 cancellation fee. For July and August cancellations less than 90 days the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits received to confirm reservations for long weekends, Christmas and New Years, and subsequently cancelled will be applied to another time (time not to exceed 6 months).
- We reserve the right to limit the number of persons staying in a cottage.
- We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate a reservation at any time. A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
